Almond & Cinnamon Soft Turrón

This soft turrón features ground and roasted almonds, cinnamon and lemon zest. We stay true to the traditional method of making this turrón, using granite rollers. (In Spanish it is called "Turrón of the Stone") It is the traditional turrón made in Jijona for the families of Turroneros "turron artisans."
