1880 specialty of artisan nougat. Marzipan nougat with a light layer of toasted yolk, providing a pleasant unmistakable taste in the mouth. Nougat with "Rilsan" presentation (named for being one of the first vacuum preservation techniques for nougat known from the 20th century, due to the packaging used and on the traditional wooden support). Made with selected ground almonds and egg yolk.
